California-headquartered Salesforce.com, supplier of customer relationship management services and software, has recently opened an office in Copenhagen staffed with sales people and technical specialists.

"We have been active in Denmark for years, but we felt the time had come to strengthen our local presence in order to get closer to the market, our customers and their needs," says Johan Zetterstrom, who heads Salesforce.com in the Nordic region and the Baltic states.

Salesforce.com specialises in providing on-demand customer relationship management solutions. The company has its headquarters in San Francisco and offices in Europe and Asia, and trades on the New York Stock Exchange.
