Dane to the top in international IT corporation
15-07-2008
IT and high tech industries:
34 year-old Lars Bladt has been appointed chairman of the quoted, international Valtech corporation. Bladt has turned Valtech Denmark, which previously was lead by the all-round businessman Jens Heimburger, into the group’s greatest success.
In spite of his young age Lars Bladt is an experienced person not least within the Valtech group in which he has been since 1999.
In 2003, he assumed the leading position in Valtech Denmark after the all-round businessman Jens Heimburger. The latter had run the company since he sold his web agency Ahead to Valtech in 2000.
Where Lars Bladt can boast of the corporation’s highest position on the board, Heimburger had to settle with chairman of Valtech Denmark.
According to the group’s press release Lars Blads has turned Valtech Denmark into the most profitable entity in the Valtech group, a fact that probably has contributed to his new position.
In addition to his role in Valtech, Lars Bladt is today also general manager of Dansk Generationsskifte A/S which was recently founded by his Valtech predecessor Jens Heimburger.
